Game One of the KIAC Volleyball Post-Season Tournament
Held in the Campus Center of Brescia University
Spalding University (18-14) vs Mid-Continent University (NRR)
The Spalding University Pelicans defeated the Mid-Continent University Cougars 3-0 in game one of the KIAC volleyball post-season tournament. The Pelicans won game one 30-10, game two 30-14, and game three 30-17.
Spalding moves on to play Brescia University in the semi-finals of the KIAC tournament on Saturday at 10:00 am (CST).
Game Two of the KIAC Volleyball Post-Season Tournament
Held in the Campus Center of Brescia University
Brescia University (21-8) vs St. Louis College of Pharmacy (8-17)
The Brescia University Bearcats defeated the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Eutectics 3-0 in game two of the KIAC volleyball post-season tournament. The Bearcats won game one 30-20, game two 30-18, and game three 30-19.
Krista Stucker led the Bearcats with 36 assists. She also recorded 6 kills. Heather Dorning had a team-high 12 kills and seven blocks. Kelley Klein added 16 digs and two aces in the win.
Brescia moves on to play Spalding University in the semi-finals of the KIAC tournament on Saturday at 10:00 am (CST).
Game Three of the KIAC Volleyball Post-Season Tournament
Held in the Campus Center of Brescia University
Bethel College (8-20) vs Asbury College (27-17)
The Asbury College Eagles defeated Bethel College Wildcats 3-0 in game three of the KIAC volleyball post-season tournament. The Eagles won game one 30-16, game two 30-18, and game three 30-22.
Whitney Wilkinson led the Eagles with 20 digs. Melissa Phillips recorded a team-high 27 assists. Kristina Rader added 10 kills in the win.
Asbury moves on to play IU Southeast in the semi-finals of the KIAC tournament on Saturday at 12:00 noon (CST).
Game Four of the KIAC Volleyball Post-Season Tournament
Held in the Campus Center of Brescia University
#23 Indiana University Southeast (28-5) vs Berea College (0-12)
The Indiana University Southeast Grenadiers defeated the Berea College Mountaineers 3-0 in game four of the KIAC volleyball post-season tournament. The Grenadiers won game one 30-5, game two 30-13 and game three 30-12.
Stephanie Baton led the Grenadiers with 15 kills. Ashley Spicer added 11 kills for IUS. Krista Wolfe recorded 26 assists in the Grenadier win.
IU Southeast moves on to play Asbury in the semi-finals of the KIAC tournament on Saturday at 12:00 noon (CST).
