River States Conference

The 2005-06 All Conference Teams were announced Friday at Indiana University Southeast during the 2006 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Basketball Tournament. Among the announcements included the first and second teams, player of the year, and coaches of the year.

Indiana University Southeast claims both All-Conference players of the year as top vote-getters from the ballots of conference coaches. Robert Daniels and Christina DeMaio were top vote-getters for the men's and women's votes.

On the Women's Side, Bethel had two players make the first team with Whitney Baird and Dani Howard. Natalie Dial of Midway and Rebecca May of Berea round out the team. For the Men, five different schools are represented. Along with Daniels, Derek Bland of Asbury, William Ford of Spalding, Thomas Haynes of Bethel, and KJ Waterman of Alice Lloyd are all named to the team.

Coaches for the teams included Kevin Gray of Spalding for the men and Bunky Harkleroad of Berea for the women.
