Lauren Baumgardner was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for April 16th April 22nd. Baumgardner is a 5-10 Freshman from Salem, New Jersey. Baumgardner only gave up two earned runs in 11 innings pitched. Her record is up to 3 and 1 in 7 outings on the year.

Jennifer Hibbard of Midway College wins Softball Player of the Week

Jennifer Hibbard was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week for April 16th April 22nd. McFarland is a 5-6 Freshman Shortstop from Lexington, Kentucky. Hibbard also went 6 for 8 in a double header against Alice Lloyd. Hibbard leads the team in runs, hits and RBI's.
