Cross Country and Tennis Players of the Week

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (November 4th, 2008) The Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference is proud to announce Player of the Week honors for October 27th- November 2nd in Cross Country and Tennis.
Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week:Allana Gerhardt, Midway College
Allan Gerhardt was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Runner of the Week for October 27th- November 2nd. Gerhardt is senior from Brisbane, Australia. She finished second at the Late Knight's Run hosted by Kentucky Christian University.
Women's Tennis Player of the Week:Kellie Childress,Brescia University
Kellie Childress was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for October 27th- November 2nd. Childress is a senior from Hart County, Kentucky. She went 3-1 on the week during the KIAC tournament. She had two wins against Asbury and a singles win against Berea.
