Softball Players of the Week
Two Moutain State players honored this week.
Softball Pitcher of the Week: Nicole Agambar, Mountain State University
Nicole Agambar was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for March 16th- March 22nd. Agambar is a 5-5 senior from Huntingtown, Maryland. She pitched 15.2 innings and struck out 10 over three games. In the Webber International game, Agambar held the opponent to two earned runs and six hits over six innings work.
Softball Player of the Week: Lauren Howell, Mountain State University
Lauren Howell was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for March 16th- March 22nd. Howell is a 5-7 senior first baseman from Hillard, Ohio. She played in six of the team's contests on the week and hit four for 16. She went 2 for 3 in the Brevard game and scored in the Warner contest.
