IU Southeast duo wins awards this week
Softball Pitcher of the Week: Jennifer Bartley, Indiana University Southeast
Jennifer Bartley was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for April 6th-April 12th. Bartley is a senior from Jasper, Indiana. She went 2-0 on the week with no earned runs given up. Bartley struck out 13 and only allowed three walks and three hits in the complete game win 7-0 over Berea.
Softball Player of the Week: Shana Andres, Indiana University Southeast
Shana Andres was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for April 6th- April 12th. Andres is a Junior second baseman from Floyds Knobs, Indiana. She drove home nine and scored six herself on the week. In the first game against Asbury, Andres went homered twice and drove home five in the 9-2 win.
