Candy Walls Wins KIAC Female Player of the Year
Women's Basketball Player of the Year given top honors
Candy Walls, a senior from Stanton, Kentucky, was named an Honorable Mention NAIA All American in 2008-09. She was named player of the Week twice by the NAIA and eight times by the KIAC in 2008-09. Walls broke records in several scoring categories for a season. She is also the leading rebounder in Berea history with 940 boards.
