Coaches' Poll released for Women's Basketball
The coaches select Indiana University Southeast as the favorite to win the KIAC.
Berea, KY. (October 20th, 2010) - The 2010-2011 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference preseason women's basketball poll was released Wednesday. Indiana University Southeast, receiving four first place votes, was selected to repeat as women's basketball champion. Receiving two first place votes and selected to finish second is Brescia University who was last season's tournament runner-up. Regular season runner-up from last season, Berea College, is selected to finish third. Cincinnati Christian University and Asbury University share the fourth spot in the poll. Midway College, Alice Lloyd College, and St. Louis College of Pharmacy complete positions 6 through 8 in the coaches' poll.
