Indiana University Southeast freshman Ashley Bunch had a strong finish to her season going 3-0 in singles play and 2-0 in doubles play in the week prior to the conference championship. Bunch won her singles match over Alice Lloyd 6-0, 6-0 and won her doubles match by default. She won her singles match against Berea 6-1, 6-1. Against Bellarmine University, Bunch rallied to win her singles match 0-6, 6-3, 6-4 and won her doubles match 8-5.
