Grenadier Men Fall To Cincinnati Bearcats, 91-63 Cincinnati - IU Southeast Men's Basketball team lost to the University of Cincinnati on Tuesday night (Nov. 9) at Fifth Third Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio by a score of 91-63. The Grenadiers were down at half time by a score of 28-47.

Senior Jazzmarr Ferguson (Louisville, Ky.) paced the Grenadiers in scoring during the night with a total of 34 points. Jazzmarr was hot early knocking down three of his first four three point attempts, he finished the night 7-19 from three. Seniors Gregg Grimes (Louisville, Ky.) and Rick Bodiford (Louisville, Ky.) added eight points each.

The Bearcats of Cincinnati were dominant down low and out-rebounded the Grenadiers 66 to 30. The height advantage was a huge part of the Bearcats success with a total of 30 offensive rebounds that led to put backs from the post players of Cincinnati.

The Grenadiers will be back in action this weekend (Fri. and Sat.) when they travel to Purdue North Central to take on Purdue Calumet in the IU vs. Purdue Classic.
