Glover Named Interim Athletic Director at IU Southeast
NEW ALBANY, IN - Assistant Athletic Director Joe Glover has been named Interim Athletic Director for Indiana University Southeast following the resignation of Pat Mrozowski.
Glover joined the Grenadier Athletic Department in July of 2005. Prior to joining IU Southeast, Glover worked in the sports information department at the University of Louisville.
During his time at IU Southeast, Glover has been responsible for marketing, facility scheduling, and media relations.
In 2009, he designed and managed a complete web overhaul of the athletic department website which included the transition to the new IUSAthletics.com.
Glover has also served as media coordinator and liaison for multiple Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) post-season tournaments, including the KIAC Men's and Women's Basketball Championships in 2006.
He graduated with distinction from IU Southeast in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and was named Outstanding Marketing Graduate. Glover is also currently pursuing his MBA at IU Southeast.
A native of New Albany, Indiana, Glover is an active member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and the NAIA Sports Information Directors Association (NAIA-SIDA). He is also a member of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), a conference representative for the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA), and a member of the KIAC Executive Committee.

Glover replaces Pat Mrozowski, who resigned from IU Southeast effective today to become Athletic Director at Brescia University in Owensboro, Ky.
Mrozowski completed seven seasons as the athletic director for the Grenadiers. He is a native of Port Huron, Michigan and was a 1972 graduate of Michigan State University.
A leader and respected athletic administrator in the NAIA, Mrozowski was named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Athletic Director of the Year five consecutive years (2005-09). He also served as KIAC Conference President for two years (2004-06) and earned NAIA Region XII Athletic Director of the Year in 2006.
"Mrozowski served the campus and our student-athletes very well during his tenure as AD," Garvey-Nix said. "We wish Pat continued success and will miss his leadership and dedication."
