Allie Alford, Indiana University Southeast - Softball Player of the Week

5-5 Junior - Louisville, KY

Indiana University Southeast junior outfielder Allie Alford was named the KIAC softball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 21^st. The junior from Louisville ended the week with a batting average of .400 (6-for-15). Alford had a pair of 2-hit games going 2-for-3 against Montreat College and University of Rio Grande. She scored three runs and connected on three doubles. Alford leads IU Southeast with four doubles on the season and is tied for the team lead with two triples. IU Southeast will return to action on March 25^th when they begin play in the ONU Tiger Invitational.
