Berea College sophomore shortstop Harley Catron was named the KIAC softball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 7th. Berea College had four games last week in a pair of doubleheaders against St. Catharine and Brescia University. Carton had a batting average of .600 (6-for-10) for the week. She also had four runs, three doubles, one homerun, five RBIs, and three walks. Berea won lost both against St. Catharine and won their two games against Brescia. They will return to action on March 20th when they travel to Union College.
