Cory McKinney, Indiana University East - Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

Freshman - Eaton, OH

Indiana University East freshman Cory McKinney was named the KIAC men's outdoor field athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 11^th. McKinney and IU East competed in the Little State meet hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University. McKinney finished 20^th out of 41 athletes in the shot put. His mark of 42-4 broke his own school record set earlier this season. IU East track and field will return to action on April 16^th at the Taylor University Invitational.
