Kate Toney, Indiana University Southeast - Softball Player of the Week

5-7 Junior - Kokomo, IN

Indiana University Southeast junior Kate Toney was named the KIAC softball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 18^th. Toney had at least one hit in all six games and ended the week with a batting average of .471 (8-for-17). The junior infielder finished with seven runs scored, three doubles, one homerun, ten runs batted in, and a pair of stolen bases. Toney is currently hitting .363 on the season (37-for-102). IU Southeast leads the KIAC with a conference record of 13-1. They will return to action on April 20^th when they travel to Berea College for a doubleheader.
