Asbury University senior outfielder Evan Thomsen was named the KIAC baseball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 25th. Thomsen led Asbury to a 4-0 record last week and finished the week with a batting average of .668 (8-for-12). He ended the week with five runs scored, two doubles, one triple, one homerun, and eight runs batted in. Thomsen is currently batting .333 (31-for-93). Asbury currently resides in second place with a conference record of 16-5. They will return to action on April 29th when they travel to Miami-Hamilton
