Coaches Select Brescia Men's Golf as Top Conference Team
The 2012 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic conference preseason men's golf poll was released Friday, January 27th by KIAC officials. Defending conference champion Brescia University was selected as the top team. The Bearcats won the 36-hole Championship last season. The Bearcats received six first-place votes and 36 total points in the poll.
IU East was selected in the second spot with 27 points. Asbury is third with 26 points. Cincinnati Christian is fourth (19 points), followed by Berea College (11 points), and Alice Lloyd College (7 points).
The KIAC Championship is scheduled for April 28-29.
