KIAC Men's Cross Country All-Conference Team
Berea's Austin Houchens and head coach Mike Johnson receive top awards.
Berea College junior Austin Houchens was named the KIAC men's cross country runner of the year. Houchens was named the KIAC runner of the week three times this season and won the KIAC Conference 8K event hosted by IU East. He finished with a time of 26:03.
Berea head coach Mike Johnson was named the KIAC men's coach of the year. Johnson led the Mountaineers to a first place finish at the KIAC Championship. Berea qualified for the 2012 NAIA Cross Country National Championship which is scheduled for November 17th in Vancouver, WA.
