St. Louis College of Pharmacy senior David Baker was named the KIAC men's outdoor track athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 16th. This is his second track athlete of the week award for the season.
St. Louis College of Pharmacy participated in the St. Louis University Billiken Invite on April 13th and 14th. Baker finished 3rd out of 21 athletes in the 5000m with a time of 15:02.27. His time broke the school record and was just 2.5 second off the NAIA qualifying mark. He also finished 5th in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:55.42. His 800m time was less than 1 second off the NAIA qualifying time. St. Louis College of Pharmacy track and field will return to action on April 28th when they participate in the KIAC Championship.
