Brandon Muncie, Indiana University East - Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

Indiana University East freshman Brandon Muncie was named the KIAC men's outdoor field athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 9^th.

Indiana University East participated in the Raven Outdoor Invitational hosted by Anderson University on April 5^th. Muncie became the first IU East athlete to qualify for a national meet after finishing first in the long jump with a mark of 23-11. He also finished first in the triple jump with a mark of 43-5. IU East track and field will return to action on April 13^th and 14^th when they compete in the Little State Championship hosted by IUPUI.
