Victoria Sergent, Berea College - Softball Pitcher of the Week

5-5 Freshman - Flemingsburg, KY

Berea College freshman Victoria Sergent was named the KIAC softball pitcher of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 9^th.

Sergent pitched all 7 innings as Berea College defeated Bryan College 8-4 on April 6^th. The freshman pitcher only allowed 2 earned runs and collected 11 strikeouts. She is currently 3-6 on the season with a 5.96 earned run average. Sergent has recorded 48 strikeouts on the season.

Berea College is currently 6-11 overall and 3-4 in conference play. They will return to action on April 10^th when they travel to Asbury for a doubleheader.
