STLCOP Honors David Baker as All-American

On Monday, April 30, students, faculty, staff, friends, and the St. Louis media covened in the St. Louis College of Pharmacy gym, known as the Pillbox, to honor David Baker as an All-American. Baker, a fifth-year pharmacy student, earned his second All-American title at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Geneva, Ohio, on March 3rd. Running 4:08.30 in the one mile run, Baker took sixth place at the national meet for the second year in a row to earn All-America status. Baker is the only athlete in St. Louis College of Pharmacy history to be named All-American. He will compete in the 1500m run at the NAIA Outdoor National Meet on May 26-27 in Marion, Ind.
