IU Southeast Launches Revamped Athletic Website
NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The IU Southeast athletic department is
pleased to announce the launch of the updated athletic department website at www.iusathletics.com.
The site's new features include a news ticker at the top of
the page to keep all our Grenadier fans informed of recent scores and
news. It also features eye-catching
photo displays and a new schedule feature that will help keep fans updated on
each day's sports events. Some other
features include social media integration, increased video functionality and pop-down
menus for easy navigation.
"We are excited to launch this updated website," athletic
director Joe Glover said. "This site
will make it easier for our fans to get the most up-to-date information about
all of our sports. Everyone involved
worked very hard to make sure that this was one of the best athletic websites
in the country."
The new site is being hosted and powered by eSolution
Architects and their product SIDHelp.
SIDHelp is a content management and web development system
built specifically for college athletic departments. The SIDHelp network
currently includes 28 conference sites and more than 130 institutional sites.
"It was great to work again with the IU Southeast
Athletic Department," said eSolution Architect Vice President of
Commercial Development and SIDHelp creator Greg Black. "The launch of the
new website for IU Southeast will take one of the best athletic programs in the
KIAC to a new level in the conference and give them an upper hand in recruiting
and releasing information to the public."
IU Southeast currently fields seven varsity teams within the
National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and is a member of the
Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC). IU Southeast also sponsors
the Red Edition Dance Team, cheerleaders and pep band. The new website will
serve as official online home for all IU Southeast athletic and intramural
events.
