Cameron Mitchell, Indiana University Southeast -- Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Indiana University Southeast junior Cameron Mitchell was named the KIAC men's basketball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, January 21^st. This is his fourth player of the week award of the season.

Mitchell averaged 26.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3.5 steals while leading the Grenadiers to a pair of conference wins last week. He connected on 68 percent (17-of-25) from the field and 62.5 percent (5-for-8) from behind the 3-point line. The junior guard opened the week with 29 points, 7 rebounds and 5 steals in a 95-80 win at Brescia University. He made all four 3-point attempts in the game. Mitchell finished the week with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists in a 97-92 win against Asbury University. Mitchell currently ranks 2^nd in the conference and 20^th in NAIA Division II points per game (19.1).

Indiana University Southeast is currently 17-3 overall and 7-0 in conference play. They will return to action on January 22^nd when they host Berea College.
