St. Louis College of Pharmacy sophomore Leann Tran was named the KIAC women's tennis player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, October 21st. Tran finished a successful season with a 3-0 record last week. St. Louis College of Pharmacy defeated Carlow University 7-0 and lost to Asbury University 5-1. Tran won her #5 singles match against Carlow 8-4 and her #3 doubles match 8-1. She also won her #5 singles match against Asbury 6-4, 7-6(2). She finished the season 9-2 in singles play and 4-0 in doubles play. St. Louis College of Pharmacy is currently 2-6 overall and 2-6 in conference play. They will return to action on October 25th at the KIAC Tournament.
