Heather Wheat, Indiana University Southeast -- Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Indiana University Southeast junior Heather Wheat was named the KIAC women's basketball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, November 11^th. IU Southeast finished the week 2-0 after defeating Cincinnati Christian University 63-54 and Union College 72-54. Wheat averaged 15.5 points, 6.5 assists, 5 assists, 1.5 blocks and 2 steals last week. The junior guard recorded 13 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals against Cincinnati Christian. She scored her 1,000^th career point in the win against Union College after scoring 18 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. IU Southeast is currently 2-0 overall. They will return to action on November 12^th when they travel to Oakland City University.
