Manny Perdomo, Point Park University – Baseball Pitcher of the Week

6-1 Junior – Miami, FL

Point Park University junior Manny Perdomo was named the KIAC baseball pitcher of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 22nd.

Perdomo made the most of his one outing last week. The Point Park junior threw a no-hitter and struck out 10 while leading the Pioneers to a 1-0 win against NCAA Division II Wheeling Jesuit on April 18th. Perdomo is currently 5-2 on the season with a 1.89 earned run average over 47.2 innings pitched.

Point Park University is 35-13 overall and 14-6 in conference play. They will return to action on April 25th when they begin play in the KIAC Championship as the top seed.
