Indiana University East senior David Sanders was named the KIAC men's outdoor track athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 29th.
Sanders won five events and placed second in another to win the KIAC athlete of the year at the KIAC meet Saturday, April 27th. The event was hosted by Berea College. Sanders won the 100m, long jump and high jump. He was also a member of the winning teams for the 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay. The Red Wolves finished third in the men's standings.
