Point Park University senior Nicole Wurstle was named the KIAC volleyball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, September 16th. Point Park finished the week 6-1. Their six wins were all against conference opponents. Wurstle finished the week with a .602 hitting percentage to go along with 69 kills and 103 total attacks. The Point Park junior ranks fifth in NAIA hitting percentage (.417). Point Park is currently 11-9 overall and 7-2 in conference play. They will return to action on September 21st when they travel to California University of PA.
