Cincinnati Christian University freshman Bryan McDowell was named the KIAC men's soccer defensive player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, October 13th. This is his second defensive player of the week award of the season. Cincinnati Christian finished the week 2-1. They defeated Ohio Christian 2-1, defeated Thomas Moore College 2-1 and fell to Brescia University 3-2. McDowell did not play against Brescia and only allowed two goals in two games while posting 20 saves. The Eagles are currently 7-5 overall and will return to action on October 14th when they travel to Asbury University.
