Point Park University freshman Eric Torres was named the KIAC men's cross country runner of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, October 27th. This is his fifth runner of the week award of the season. Point Park competed in the NCAA Division II Lock Haven Go Fast River Run on October 25th. Torres finished 14th out of 181 runners in the 8k with a time of 26:02. This was his best time of the year in the 8k and was one second off tying the Point Park record. The Pioneers will return to action on November 8th when they host the KIAC Championship.
