Wright Named NAIA National Offensive Player of the Week
Teryn Wright while being named the KIAC Player of the Week for the second time this season, was named the NAIA National Offensive Player of the Week for the week of November 3rd. Wright's honor is the first such honor for an Asbury soccer player and the fifth time anyone from AU has been named a National Player of the Week by the NAIA.
She collected two goals last week, both game winners, to bring her team leading total to 13 on the season. Wright and the Eagles will take on second-seeded Point Park on Friday in the KIAC Conference Semifinals.
