Volleyball All-Conference and Individual Awards
Indiana University East junior Mallory Livingston was named the KIAC Volleyball Player of the Year. Livingston led the KIAC with 3.60 kills per set and also ranked near the top with a .264 hitting average. She was named the KIAC Player of the Week twice during the regular season. She set a school single-match record with 28 kills against IU Southeast on September 20th and became the 4th player in IU East history with 1,000 kills during the season. IU East finished 7-3 in the conference during the regular season and has a 20-14 overall record.
Asbury University senior Maddie Lewis was named the KIAC Libero of the Year. Lewis led the KIAC with 885 total digs which also placed her 3rd in the NAIA. She also ranked 10th in NAIA digs per game (5.86). She was named the KIAC Player of the Week on September 22nd. Asbury won the KIAC regular season after finishing 9-1 in conference play. They advanced to the semifinals of the KIAC Tournament.
Indiana University Kokomo freshman Lindi Thomas was named the KIAC Newcomer of the Year. Thomas ranked 2nd in the KIAC in kills per set (3.3) and 5th in total kills (359). She was named the KIAC Player of the Week on November 3rd. The Cougars finished the regular season 8-2 in conference play.
Cincinnati Christian University senior Meghan Ferguson was named the KIAC Comeback Player of the Year. The Eagles finished 3-7 during regular season conference play.
Indiana University Kokomo head coach Heather Hayes was named the KIAC Coach of the Year. The Cougars finished the regular season 8-2 in conference play and entered the KIAC Tournament as the No. 3 seed. They fell to eventual tournament champion Point Park in the semifinals.
