Rio Grande Claims KIAC Men's Cross Country Championship
The University of Rio Grande had five of the top eight finishers in the Men's 8K to claim the KIAC Cross Country Championship. The 2014 Cross Country Championship was hosted by Point Park University. Rio Grande sophomore Dallas Guy won the event with a time of 27:05. Rio Grande will advance to the NAIA National Championship November 22nd in Lawrence, Kansas. The top four finishers not from team champion Rio Grande qualified individually for NAIA Championship.
