Asbury Claims KIAC Women's Cross Country Championship
Asbury University placed three runners in the top nine to claim the KIAC Women's Cross Country Championship. The 2014 Cross Country Championship was hosted by Point Park University. Asbury sophomore Katy Falkenberg won the 5K event and set a new Asbury record with a time of 19:13. Asbury will advance to the NAIA National Championship November 22nd in Lawrence, Kansas. The top four finishers not from team champion Asbury qualified individually for NAIA Championship.
