Blake Crowe, Berea College – Baseball Player of the Week

Berea College senior Blake Crowe was named the KIAC baseball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 24th.
Crowe finished the week hitting .429 (9-for-21) with a 1.048 slugging percentage as the Mountaineers posted a 2-3 record. The senior shortstop recorded 8 runs scored, 2 doubles, a triple, 3 homeruns and 9 runs batted in last week. He had three multi-hit games including a 4-for-4 game against University of the Cumberlands. Crowe is currently 8th in the KIAC with a .349 batting average (34-for-91) and leads the conference with 4 triples. He also ranks in the top 10 in slugging percentage, run scored, runs batted in and homeruns.
Point Park University is 14-10 overall and 5-3 in conference play. They will return to action on March 28th when they travel to Point Park University for a doubleheader.
