Lacey Holt, Midway College – Softball Player of the Week

5-6 Senior – Russell Springs, KY

Midway College senior Lacey Holt was named the KIAC softball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 24th.

Holt finished the week with a .667 batting average (8-for-12) as the Eagles ended the week with a 3-1 record. The Midway senior tallied 3 runs scored, 2 doubles, 3 runs batted in and 3 walks. Holt leads the KIAC and is 10th in the NAIA with a .525 batting average (21-for-40). She also ranks 6th in the KIAC in runs batted in (13) and 2nd in doubles (6).

Midway College is 5-9 overall and 3-1 in conference play. They will return to action on March 26th when they host Shawnee State University for a doubleheader.
