Yuliecer Arias, Point Park University – Baseball Player of the Week

Point Park University senior Yuliecer Arias was named the KIAC baseball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 31^st.

Arias finished the week hitting .466 (7-for-15) as the Pioneers ended the week with a 4-0 record. The senior shortstop tallied 4 doubles, 1 triple, 8 runs batted in and 5 runs scored. He had a pair of 3-hit games recorded multiple RBIs in 3 of the 4 games played. Yuliecer ranks 10^th in the KIAC with a .350 batting average on the season (35-for-100).

Point Park University is 20-11 overall and 6-4 in conference play. They will return to action on April 1^st when they host Penn State – Greater Allegheny for a doubleheader.
