Asbury University freshman Deuce Gibson was named the KIAC men's tennis player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 14th.
Asbury University finished the week 4-0 after defeating IU Southeast (6-3), Brescia University (7-2), St. Louis College of Pharmacy (9-0) and Alice Lloyd College (9-0). Gibson was 4-0 in singles for the week and 2-1 in doubles play. He completed an undefeated conference season in singles only dropping one set in his six singles matches. The Eagles finished with their third consecutive undefeated regular season in the KIAC. They will return to action on April 16th when they travel to Centre College.
