Simone Brown, Berea College – Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

Freshman – Monee, IL

Berea College freshman Simone Brown was named the KIAC women's outdoor field athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 7^th.

Berea College participated in the Centre College Invitational on April 5^th. Brown won the high jump with a personal best of 1.52m. The Berea freshman also finished 5^th in the triple jump with a mark of 10.13m and 6^th in the 100m hurdles with a time of 19:19. Berea College track and field will return to action on April 12^th at the University of the Cumberlands Invitational in Williamsburg, KY.
