Point Park University junior Zak Borzovoy was named the KIAC men's soccer defensive player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, September 15th. Point Park finished the week 2-0 after defeating Waynesburg College 5-2 and the University of Northwestern Ohio 2-1 in overtime. Borzovoy recorded 3 saves in the 5-2 win against Waynesburg and tallied a career-high 13 saves in the win against Northwestern Ohio. Point Park improved to 3-1 on the season and will return to action on September 16th when they travel to West Virginia Institute of Technology.
