Indiana University Kokomo senior Lael Larrick was named the KIAC volleyball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, September 15th. IU Kokomo finished the week 3-0 after defeating IU East (3-0), Asbury University (3-0) and Calumet College of St. Joseph (3-0). Larrick had 46 digs in 3 matches and averaged 5.1 digs per set. She recorded 14 digs against IU East, 18 against Asbury and 14 against Calumet College. She was also 37/37 from the service line and passed a 2.3 for the week. The Cougars are currently 7-6 overall and 2-1 in conference play. They will return to action on September 19th when they travel to Point Park University.
