Indiana University Southeast sophomore Whitney Batliner was named the KIAC women's tennis player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, September 29th. IU Southeast finished the week 2-0 after defeating Asbury University 7-2 and Alice Lloyd College 9-0. Batliner won her #1 singles match against Asbury 6-7, 6-3 and her #1 doubles match 3-0 (retired). She also won here #1 doubles match against Alice Lloyd 8-0. The IU Southeast sophomore is 4-2 in singles play and 5-2 in doubles play on the season. The Grenadiers are 6-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play. They will return to action on October 3rd when they travel to Indiana University East.
