Kyle Lamb, Asbury University -- Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Asbury University junior Kyle Lamb was named the KIAC men's basketball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, January 26^th.

Asbury University finished the week 2-1. For the week, Lamb averaged 24.3 points, 5 rebounds and 3.7 assists. He shot 55.3 percent (26-of-47) from the field and 46.7 percent (7-of-15) from behind the 3-point line. Lamb recorded 15 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists in a 95-72 win against Fisk University. He followed that with 32 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in an 88-87 conference win against Rio Grande. The junior guard finished the week with 26 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists in an 85-81 loss at Berea College. Lamb ranks 5^th in the KIAC in points per game (16.10) and ranks 6^th in NAIA Division II 3-point field goal percentage (50.6).

The Eagles are currently 16-6 overall and 5-1 in conference play. They will return to action on January 27^th when they host Indiana University Kokomo.
