KIAC Volleyball Setter of the Week: Hannah Barker (IU Southeast)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- IU Southeast setter Hannah Barker had a double-double versus Cincinnati Christian and went over 1,000 assists on the year to earn KIAC Volleyball Setter of the Week for Nov. 2-8.
The junior from Seymour, Ind., has won the award for the second time this year based on her 42 assists and 10 digs versus Cincinnati Christian, the only match of the week for the Grenadiers. She also added six kills and an attacking percentage of .625 in the match.
Barker is currently third in the KIAC with 1,008 assists and 9.2 assists per set on the year. She also has 261 digs for 2.37 per set.
Barker has led the Grenadiers to a record of 17-16 overall and 8-4 KIAC. IU Southeast will be the No. 5 seed in the upcoming KIAC Tournament Nov. 13-14 at Rio Grande.
