KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Point Park University volleyball has drawn No. 12 Georgetown (Ky.) in the NAIA Volleyball National Championship Opening Round with the unveiling of the pairings Monday by the NAIA.

The Pioneers (17-23, 9-3 KIAC) are in the NAIA National Championship for the third time in five years and the second year in a row. They qualified as the KIAC Tournament runner-up after making a run to the conference finals this past week.

Point Park also qualified for nationals in 2014 as the KIAC Tournament champions and in 2011 as the AMC Tournament champs.

Point Park's matchup with No. 12 Georgetown will take place Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET in Georgetown, Ky. It is a rematch of last year's NAIA Opening Round at Georgetown, when the Tigers bear the Pioneers, 3-0.

The Pioneers have Megan Branchick with a team-high 397 kills and Shiloh Simonson with 286 kills and 422 digs. Libero Paige Baker has 452 digs.
