FLORENCE, Ky. – For the third time this season, Kayla Briley of the University of Rio Grande is the KIAC Volleyball Setter of the Week, this time for Oct. 26-Nov. 1.

Briley, a 6-0 junior from Marion, Ohio, led the RedStorm to a 4-0 week and 3-0 in the KIAC. Briley totaled 113 assists in four matches for an average of 8.07 assists per set. She also amassed 46 digs for 3.29 per set and nine total blocks.

In a pair of big, KIAC road wins at Asbury and Point Park, Briley had double-doubles of 30 assists and 10 digs and 20 assists and 19 digs, respectively. She also had 29 assists and eight digs versus Glenville State and 34 assists, nine digs and six blocks versus Midway.

Briley leads the KIAC with 9.3 assists per set, and she is third overall with 942 assists. She ranks 11th in the conference with 3.3 digs per set.
