KIAC MBB Player of the Week: Myles Harvey (IU Southeast)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Myles Harvey of IU Southeast had a big game of 20 points versus No. 4 Marian (Ind.) last week and thus earned KIAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors for games Dec. 21-27.
A 5-9, freshman guard from Jeffersonville, Ind., he made 7 of 11 field goals and 3 of 6 from outside the 3-point arc in the 90-81 loss to highly ranked Marian. He came off the bench to play 20 minutes.
For the year, Harvey is second on the IU Southeast team with 14.1 ppg and shooting 50 percent from the field and 93 percent from the foul line. He has played in seven games and started five.
IU Southeast (4-10, 0-1 KIAC) returns to action Dec. 30 at home versus Cincinnati Christian (7:30 p.m.).
