Point Park University sophomore Kate Reese was named the KIAC softball pitcher of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 16th.
Reese earned the win in her only outing last week as Point Park defeated Alice Lloyd 11-1. She pitched a complete game for the Pioneers only allowing two hits while striking out 3 Alice Lloyd batters. Reese improved her record to 2-3 on the season.
Point Park University is 5-5 overall and 2-0 in conference play. They will return to action on March 18th when they travel to Malone College for a doubleheader.
