Alex VanWanzeele, Indiana University East – Women's Golfer of the Week

Senior – Avon, IN

Indiana University East senior Alex VanWanzeele was named the KIAC women's golfer of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, March 30th.

Indiana University East participated in the Brescia University Invitational March 26-27. VanWanzeele won the event with a 160. She shot a 10-over 82 on the first day and finished with a 6-over 78 on the final day. She broke school records for 18 hole and 36 hole scores. IU East will return to action on April 10-11 at the Indiana Wesleyan University Spring Invite in Marion, IN.
